Delivery Points and Shipment Methods

• Orders are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment (subject to stock availability) and are shipped on Ex AirChem warehouse in Dubai and/or Amsterdam basis. Customers can ask for quote for DDP/CIF deliveries if they do not have designated forwarder to handle their cargo. DHL/UPS/ARAMEX may only be used for Non-Dangerous Goods. FedEx may be used for both Non-Dangerous / Dangerous cargos under customer’s account. Whichever shipment method customer may choose; AirChem will provide with a link to track the package online with respective courier.
• In case of shipment by Air for Hazardous products, extra IATA packing, handling and documentation charges will be applicable which will be quoted to customer accordingly to quantity and number of items as well as shipment method.
• For large cargo, it is advisable to use road and/or sea freight options, while for smaller cargoes or items with low shelf-life airfreight would be a better option. Couriers are best option when total weight of cargo is less than 50 Kg.
• In order to prove the soundness of our packing, and free from any damage/dent/fault AirChem Consumables takes photos of cargoes at the time of delivery to forwarders/couriers, in case of any damages to goods during transportation AirChem will not be liable for any such damage(s).
